Franchise owners and their management teams complete Fuel America’s Initial Management Training Program before opening, currently a 10-day program that includes classroom instruction and hands-on training at an operating Fuel America café.
Fuel America also provides access to its Confidential Operations Manual and brand standards to help guide day-to-day operations. For qualifying new franchisees, on-site opening assistance is provided around the opening date to support training on brand standards and help the team prepare for launch.
After opening, Fuel America provides reasonable ongoing consultation and assistance, subject to team availability, including support related to operations, marketing, purchasing, inventory control, bookkeeping, and system improvements.
The estimated initial investment required to begin operations ranges from $233,400 to $890,600, which includes a $40,000 initial franchise fee.
